Lifeline and Link Up
Low Income/Disabled Assistance and Link Up are state and federal support programs that help qualified people get a discount on their monthly local telephone bill. The Missouri Universal Service Fund was established on March 31, 2002 to help low-income and disabled Missourians receive additional discounts for basic local telephone service. You may qualify for a discount on your monthly telephone bill if you are receiving low income or disability benefits under certain programs.
Low Income Assistance
Provides discounts up to $13.50 per month.
Disabled Assistance
Provides discounts up to $13.50 per month.
Link Up
Under this program, qualified low income individuals may receive a 50% reduction (up to $30) on initial telephone connection charges.
